Personally i'd say linear is much harder, because you have to revise through all the other topics for one exam. However, I did linear and hated it so I can just assume that modular would be eaiser, just a guess.

Depends what kind of student you are ;)

I did modular AQA GCSE- personally I find it better, cause it's split into a couple exams, and you can resit any of them if you need extra marks to get a better grade overall.

Depends because, in modular you can re-sit until you get the correct grade however, in linear you only get one chance but there is less exams in linear so, it works out both ways!:)

I would say linear is harder because you've got remember everything from 2 years, which is hard, but modular you have it all split up, but I would also say that if you find lots of exams hard them linear might be the best.

Well there are advatages and disadvantages because the linear questions are much easier than the modular questions but you do have to know everything as well as that the grade boundries are lower

with modular the questions are very difficult and require you to think alot and the grade boundries are higher but you know which topics will come in the paper so cant really decide x

I did linear maths and I thought it was fine! They're both the same in difficulty but they are hard in different ways so it just depends who you are and what fits you.
