I'm doing a Biology ISA tomorrow about the effects of pH on enzymes. If anyone has done this experiment before, please help?

This is my last attempt at an ISA, and I need to get an A or A* in it, because at the moment, my highest ISA score of a B has dragged my overall grade down to an A, but I'm 0.5 off of an A*. Please, if you've done this experiment before, or are amazing at ISA's, please help me! Much appreciated.

I did this about 4 - 6 weeks ago. I put potato slices in solutions of different pHs ranging from 4 - 8 pH and timed how long it took for the potato slice to rise to the top of the flask, and I got 36/40 including the paper. You can expect the graph to be U-shaped probably with 7 being the lowest pH as it is the optimal pH and at other conditions the enzyme denatures reducing the rate of reaction.

Thats the best I can do. I hope it helps you out.
