I have broken my arm, it isn't my writing arm, but it is painful and inconvenient, do you reckon I can get extra time?

I can't decide on whether you're really lucky or really unlucky :P

lol.... just pretend it's so much more painful than it really is, pull a sad face and watch every one fall for it :D

I know i would do that ;)

it depends if theyre strict or not really

if theyre strict theyll just be like 'well its not your writing arm!'

or if theyre nice they may let you off a bit :)

some school just uses marks from your mock exam and doesnt make you do the exam, or they reschedule it for you x

it's up to your school to decide not the exam board/regualtions so i'm sure if you create enough they'll register it as a suitable need

You can have a dictated exam where you read the question and somebody writes it for you. Or if you have a doctors note you can even have the extra time you want, they usually leave it upto your preference.

I am sure you probably can! if you talk to the people who organise the exams at your school, you might beable to get a computer or a scribe or mabey rest breaks to relive the pain. they have to help you feel ok as much as they can. you are entilteld to it so by right you should get it. if you don't you need to kick up a fuss because it is ot fair to keep you in pain during important exams. Hope you feel better soon.
