I didn't get the greatest AS grades (C'S & D's) I'm going to work my **** off this year to get AAB. Will I still be able to get into uni? Also I do applied science where we don't get AS's & will just get a predicted grade. Any answers will be appreciated. Thank you :)

Yes it definitely is possible BUT like you said you MUST work extremely hard this year. YOu can get into University and I know its sad taht all they loook at is grades and there is very little reflection on you as a person but you must work really hard and get yourself the best grades possible. If you want etter advice or if you have any other questions or concerns then please just message me. Much Obliged ThankYou.
Some Universities do not accept re-takes, especially the more preigtious ones, so you will have to check for the course you wish to take. On the most part though, so long as you do get the grades eventually, you will get in, and Unis commonly offer a grade below after results are released.

Unfortunately it really depends on the university you want to go to. There are plenty of universities out there who will accept retakes though. GOOD LUCK!
