how would i construct the graph of x^2+y^2=9?

past paper question edexcel Nov 2010 non-calculator

Qs.28,....i've looked at the markscheme ,but i still don't get it!

This would basically be a circle with the centre at the origin and a radius of 3. This is because the radius is equal to root 9 and the graph hasn't been shifted at all.
