When I did core and additional, I was following AQA, but there might be an overlap in topics.

I got A*s in all three sciences for additional and core (I still need to do triple) and here's what I did:

Make a timetable and try to stick to it!

I read through my textbook, checking I understood everything. See your teacher as they'll be able to give you the answers to the textbook's practise questions (I did that!).

I went on YouTube- so useful! I used @mygcsescience (follows AQA but might cover some of your topics). Also @jamjarmmx have loads of stuff and search for some music videos e.g. @parrmr

I cannot stress how important past papers are- just do as many as possible!

You could download or make your own podcasts to listen to before you sleep (BBC have some on bitesize for AQA- check if they have OCR)

Hope this helps and good luck!

PS: If it makes you feel better, I don't understand anything in physics, and I still came out with an A*, you just need to put the work in! Get it right the first time, and you'll never have to do it again! :D
