How do you use I=nAvq to explain the large range of resistivities of different materials

Edexcel AS Physics

I understand how to prove the equation, but on the specification, it says that you have to use it to explain the large range of resistivities of different materials. How do you do that? What quastions could they ask in the exam?

I'd be grateful for any help!
