how do you stop yourself from losing focus?

im someone who gets easily distracted when i try to revise, its my last year at school and i need my grades, whats the best way to stop yourself from wasting time by not revising?

I used to be like that, I think I've got it now though, here is what I do to stop getting distracted:

1. Make a timetable with hour slots in, after every hour have a (half) hour break where you read or exercise or something.

2. Start early and only do 4/5 hours a day of solid revision, if you stop concentrating go back to it later.

3. Turn off your phone/ipod etc. and make sure no-one disturbs you.

4. Eat and drink lots.

5. Make colourful notes, if they're pretty you get less distracted.
