How do you stop thinking that you are going to do very rubbish on the exams coming?

Its something I do a lot! I always freak out, I just think that I'm not good at anything and I'm going to fail :(

Don't worry! if you've done enough revision and you know you've studied hard then think possitive don't let yourself down :)

Don't worry - everyone feels like that sometimes. Make sure you take proper breaks and there are always family and friends to talk it over with and help you keep everything in perspective.

If you go into the exam thinking you will fail YOU WILL. This is because you have a negative mind- set and you will panic when a question isn't as straight forward as it could be. If you revise as much as you can atleast you can walk out of the exam knowing you did your best **
