You can say konnichiwa (Ko-nee-chee-wa)- こんにちor 今日.

Which means good day but can also mean good afternoon.

But a better way would be: Ohaiyo gozaimasu (oh-hi-yo-go-za-i-mas) informal way ohaiyo , which means good morning and can be said really anytime of the day!

*yeah so moshi moshi is for the phone and Konnichi wa is the usual way of saying hello :) **

you say konnichiwa if you are saying hello to someone , konnichiwa also means good afternoon  and moshi moshi if speaking on the phone
