i have never had an isa on genetics but the only advice that i can give, based on previous experiences of isa tests,  is that it may help is revise that full topic (genetics) and any calculations based on  that isa question and also any experiments that have been carried out on that topic you may want to learn, also you should try to see if you can get any past exam questions that are simmilar to the isa test you are going to recieve. apart from this i dont think there is anything else that i can advise you of, i hope this helps and good luck with your isa test, i have one coming up for As-chemistry unit2 (kinetics and group2) and another for As-biology but not sure what on yet, but anyway hope this helps and once again good luck!!! :)
