I am studying this for my A-Levels as well. My teacher makes us do different revision techniques each lesson when we have to answer questions. For Data, Information & Knowledge I have made a leaflet explaining the key points. You could make mindmaps for each topic. very useful. Look at my resources and you will see I uploaded some ICT revision notes. Hope this helps.

I find myself making notes on each unit and highlighting key points such as advantages/disadvantages and definitions. I always look back through past papers and make a note of topics that always have seemed to crop up (and if your exam board is WJEC, they DO repeat topics ;)) and make sure I learn those.

Make sure when you're answering to use examples, and if the question gives you a context, link your example to a context. So for Data, Information and Knowledge, when you're explaining what each means, give an example! They like examples. :)

Again, if your exam board is WJEC, I found the worked examples and exam questions at the end of each unit in the Essential ICT (I think it is) textbook really helpful for making me learn the points and also to learn examples.

Flashcards seem to work well for me too, condensing the what can be quite wordy textbook down into key points.

Good luck! :)
