How do you revise for a 'closed book' exam?

I'm studying A2 English Lit, and the exam this year happens to be a 'closed book' exam, meaning you won't actually have the novel in front of you. I'm studying 'The Bloody Chamber' by Angela Carter. How do i revise for it, and how do i no what quotes to choose and remember?

Read it as many times as possible. immerse yourself in the book and perhaps watch a movie version if there is one. Just try to read it many times in order to remember it. I don't think you will have to remember really long quotes. I think small quotes are fine and you can learn them just by looking at book a good number of times.
