How do you keep focus?

I lose concentration so quickly if I'm not interested,, how do you keep concentrated on revison?

Have an end goal for your revision! For me, it's knowing that I have 2 weeks half term and that I will achieve the grades I want to go to uni.

Also, don't do too much a day! It's tempting to go OOH LOOK AT ME I'VE DONE 10 HOURS! But how much will you remember, I do about 2 hours a day and can remember 80% of what I've done!

you need some motivation in order to try and be focused so you need to think about whyat the consequences would be of ont doing it. Also elimate potential distractions and you need to make your revision interesting so revise ion the best possible way for you prehaps posters which is more fun than just writing ect.

dont revise for more than 20 mins (without breaks) because after that your brain wont process the info and make sure your organised and know what you need to revise and how oyur going ot do it :)

Keep any possible distractions away from you, have a good sleep beforehand, drink and eat plenty :)

I get someone to sit in the room  because then I know that if I don't do work, they will tell me. You also feel pressured to work.
