How do people cope with exam anxiety once your doing the exam and stopping yourself from panicking?

I had an exam today and basically freaked out

Think positvily, you have to go in confident, if you have revised well you will know it! Take your time, pace yourself and don't let anyone or anything get to you, relax before the exam and try not to get worked up so In the exam you are I'm the same frame of mind ** good luck **

Gawdd that must be terrible :( if youve revised think likeyouve put in the effort and no matter what youll get youll be proud.. moving on and not spending to much time on each questions helps, oyu can always come back to it late on ... hope it gets better for you x

Think how much time you actually have before the exam - utilise the 24 hours in a day; it's a long time...
