how can we know whether it is capital expenditure or revenue expenditure???

Capital expenditure is a resourcse the business has paid for and the benefit will last more than one financial year (non current assets)

Revenue expenditure is a resource the business has paid for and the benifet will last less than one financial year (current assets)
