Last year i got really stressed and worried before my exams which made me sick and i do not want this to happen again. Any suggestions on how to stop occuring again this year?
if you know you have prepared and studied hard for the upcoming gcse exams dont stress! hard work pays offf!
Never revise too much just before your exam, all it will do is worry you more. Just go through a few notes. Start revising from now, stay positive and dont worry too much about it.

Just remember: you can only do your best- if you do that, then you're be fine. That's what I tell myself- it calms me down and reduces my anxiety : )
