Hello everyone :) I just got my Edexcel AS results and it wasn't what I expected. I'm doing biology, chemistry and math and I got 2B's and a C respectively. I know I can do better and rather than justifying my results, I decided to get to the point. I'll be repeating some of the papers and I really want to top my marks in AS because A2 is very well known to be harder. My problem is that I will be doing my AS retakes next year with my A2 exams as well and I dont know how it is going to be.

How can I manage A2 and the papers I'm planning to retake? please help! thankyou :)

How many of the papers are you resitting? i.e are you resitting all or virtually all?

I know I could've done slightly better in a few exams, i.e RS I had -10mins of my exam! I told the exam officer etc but I havent been give special consideration or anything :( But I HATE exams so I am just resitting one exam which I did PANTS in :D (Maths C2) If we could still do exams in Jan I probably would redo one of each subject, just to bump up my marks for next year as there were parts in one exam for each subject that I felt I could've done better... but there isn't so I'm only doing 1 :)

I'm sure you'll be able to manage - definately if you're retaking like half (one for each subject)? Did you do just the 3 AS or did you do 4 and are dropping one? If the latter then all the time you used last year for that will now be free which will be great. You could dedicate that time to going over your resits as you already learnt the info you'll need to just go over it and do lots of practice :)

Anyway based on how many you're doing I may be able to come up with some better advice haha :)
