How can I get an A* in English Language?

My teacher always gives me an A-! What techniques can I use to get an A*, in both the Different Cultures Poems and the writing to describe....blabla.....

This is for answering poems: (Works on the lit. paper too)

ISLAEC (Make up your own stupid mnemonic to help you remember this. Mine is 'I Slept Like An Egg, C?')

I - Intro

S - Structure

L - Language

A - Attitude of the Poet

E - Evaluation

C - Conclusion

just go on youtube watch this guy talk you throughthe poems then write down notes and stick them on youre wall.Did that 8 days before the exam and thanks to allah got 2 AA's,gooodluckkk

avoid writing in foreign languages e.g. spanish, zulu
