LH FSH Oestrogen < all that stuff really cant remember it /:

well basically...

FSH (follicle stimulating hormone ) is produced by the pituitary gland, it causes the egg to mature and oestrogen to be released.

LH (leutenising hormone) is also produced in the pituitary gland, it causes an egg to be releases and stimulates progesterone.

Oestrogen is produced by the ovaries, it thickens the uterus lining and inhibits FSH production.

Hope that helps :)

Another way to rember where they are produced is>

FSH & LH = pituary gland            and 0= ovaries
