I would look over the stuff you learnt last year and if you have any gcses where the exam is at the end of 2 years go back to the first information that you learnt and make some notes. This will save you a lot of time later on. Year 11 seems to go pretty fast and before you now it you are in exam season so I would start early. Also if you start revising late it's pretty much impossible to fit in all the revision that you need to do. Especially if you have 12 GCSE's. Good Luck Layan!

Make sure you leave plenty of time to revise for your gcse's, I allowed 3 months that seemed to work well, make a revision timetable, do lots of past papers and go over things more than once, don't just revise it then forget about it. Make sure you get good textbooks so your revision is easier, I often found it hard to know where to begin with revision, but i used my textbooks to guide me with what to revise. Try to attend every lesson if you can, if you do have to miss a lesson try and catch up on it. Teachers don't usually give much homework coming up to the exam season in the summer, but the rest of the year you will still get quite a lot, so try and complete it within 2 days of getting it or else it will build up and become stressful. If there's anything that you are unsure of ask your teachers to explain, if your teachers were anything like mine then they won't mind doing this. Basically, be organised, it really helps. Also, in exams bring a bottle of water with you, as the exams are in the summer it can get quite hot. Good luck. :)

Aw your only in year 9! seriously you don't have to worry just really concentrate in year 10 otherwise when it comes to year 11 you will have so much too catch up on! don't worry about flopping because you wont! remember if you don't quit you cant fail! :)
