Hey guys does anyone know what quasi-public goods are?

Hey this is for economics a-level (edexcel)

They are goods that have both public and private good characteristics, so a beach for example is quasi-public because originly they are non-restricted and free, but after a point there will be too many people so there won't be space for people to use the beach
