Help with the osmosis experiment??

basically I did the osmosis experiment (the potato one with different concentrations of salt and measuring mass change)

I did the whole experiment and written it up but my teacher said its wrong because I did cconcentrations 0%-5% and I was meant to do 0.5% ,1.5% and ect...

If it is the same that I have done then I don't think it would matter if you didn't do it at 0.5% intervals. I used concentrations 0-5% at 1% intervals so I ended up with 6 results and a clear trend. Remember there is no right or wrong, it is your experiment and as long as you used proper scientific knowledge, controlled all the relevant variables and obtained valid results then you are correct.
