Has anyone got any good ways of remembering the annotations for poems?

Im doing the Seamus Heany poems and can never remember the annotations please help

Depending on what you mean by annotations, if you mean the notes that you've written simply try to link them to the text as much as you can. Underline relevant words in the text in the same colour as you write your notes, highlight as many relevant things as possible.

Go through each poem and sum up the main themes in each (eg. potatoes, death, life etc) and associate those themes with the title - that way when you look at the poem in the exam you should be reminded of the relevant themes. Make spider diagrams if they help, as that should help you link all the themes together in your head.
