A balanced diet should include all main food groups in correct proportions. Right anounts of food depent from individuals' needs. Most people should be eating main meals a day, however some people need to eat more specific food from main groups, that are for example children. Children need to eat lot of fruit and vegetables and should eat many cabrohydrates, these are present in bread, rolls, rice, pasta etc.

Bread, potatoes, parta, rice, noodles (cabrohydrates) should be main part of all meals, because they provide energy and also are rich in vitamins from the B complex (B1, B2, B3 etc). After this, balanced diet should include 5 portions of friuts and vegetables. It may include: frozen, fresh, canned and salated vegetables

i'll finish it later :)
