just wanted to say that the new features for those on a subscription to getrevising are great, I especially like the ones where you can test yourself on your own notes and other peoples. who else has tries this?

I have a subscription too, the feature on testing yourself is great. I also printed out a few notes with the blank spaces for missing words on laminated paper, that way I could also use it as a white board :)

That's cool that you like them! The testing thing is really great although when we've been doing the testing it gets a bit stressful as it starts timing you immediately and I need a good 15 seconds to sort myself out so I always lose lots of time!

You should have a start button or something. It doesn't have to show the task but it's hard when you have to read through the instructions to find out what you're meant to be doing when a timer is ticking away!

I had the same problem. I didnt know what I was meant to be doing and I felt under pressure with the timer going on.

Hi

Its an interesting point on the timer,  I will ensure we give the option of hiding the timer when a user wishes and save this as a preference so it remains hidden next time.

Really loving your feedback though everyone and we will continue to look at the point you make to develop and improve our services.

So glad you like the tools though :)

One thing i like is the leader boards on timed resources. Why are they there for some and not for others?
They should also include percentages in the rankings, you could do it all really fast and get everything wrong but still appear to be placed on the top of the timings so one that works with a combination of both would be great:)
