Can anyone please help me on electricity because we did an end of module test in class the other week and I completely failed it, I got an E-an I usually get Bs or As in science. I really don't get it and I'm scared I'm going to fail my exam in June, so if anyone can help me, I'd really, really apprieciate it.
Electricity is used to power homes etc. It is used all the time by everyone!
Electricity comes in two types - static (when you rub 2 surfaces together) and Current (generators, batteries, wires etc.)
Electicity can be produced in several different ways - renewable ways (wind turbines, wave power etc), from fossil fuels (coal, gas and oil) and other non-renewable ways (generators)
Electricity can be made by burning fuels. The gas from these reactions power turbines which produce the electricity.
Hope these few facts help :)
