Hi all the lovely people here .....
As health is most important for all of us . I would like to discuss one thing which has great contribution in betterment of health that is diet . This diet may improve your health as well as help body to protect itself from diseases as well . What do you think over it ? .
What 3 different ways eating an unhealthy diet may affect some-ones physical development?
Not eating enough protein means muscles develop at a slower pace that usual if you did eat the right amounts of protein.
Not having the RDA of calcium means bones, teeth and nails grow slower. Also some deformities may become apparent later in life such as rickets and when you become older you will have poor mobility becsue your bones havnt had enough calcium.
I can only think of these two at the moment.

Diet effects directly on our health and body so it is always good to choose a good diet plan for our health. I am also a vegetarian so i like to eat vegetables and fruits.
