hey Thegirlwhoknewtoomuch - Team GR :)

thats actually quite a good question, and especially for people like me its not allowed in my religion. Though from visiting different universities, there is a wide range of people from different backgrounds so i  am sure there will be others like you.

However, I'll leave this to the experts to answer for you :) :)

BTW what uni u planning to go to..

Hey Thegirlwhoknewtoomuch - Team GR. Like I said yesterday, alongside the academic work University is also social experience. However, if you don't drink or go out clubbing there is nothing to worry and you won't be the only one. There are lots of things out and  about andin Newcastle you can get involved in. We have theatres, cinemas, concerts in the city alongside the bars and clubs, as well as societies and events on campus. There are 33,000 students at Northumbria and approx 48,000 alltogether including Newcastle University (1 in 6 is a student) meaning there is a large diverse culture so you won't be alone :)
