I don't think you actually need a specific case study for that one just no examples like for the car use and pollution you can just refer to the London Congestion Charge Zone. :) do we actually need to know the sustainable communities and the UDC case study as they are not actually in the CGP revision guide but do we need to know them anyway?? :)
Yeah i think so, bedZED is a really simple and small case study it is a sustainable town. I would learn it if i were you.
If the exam is anything like the physical paper if you are doing AQA, we wont need barely any case studies
