well i do AQA Spec A and im assuming there are some similarities :)

In AS I did-

Memory

Conformity/ Obediance

Research methods (types of experiments/designs/ pros and cons of them)

Stress ( very interesting)

Abnormailty (also very interesting)

Attatchment ( this is to do with children and effects of things like daycare)

A2:

relationships ( loved this)

Gender (not so much)

Eating behaviour ( extremely interesting especially if you like biology, we did anorexia)

Currently doing:

Anomolistic psychology (this is hard but also interesting its why people believe in paranormal)

Research methods (this is boring, but you have to do it)

Schizophrenia (if you did abnormality at AS this is a breeze)

The main thing in psychology is everytime you do a topic, there tends to be a biology explanation for it, psychological, behavioural, psychodynamic and they basically all follow the same structure and the idea behind it is you have to evaluate these theories and if you like debating things you will love it. I love it so much I am doing it at uni :)
