I got high grades in my coursework, and the thing I found most useful was doing many drafts. First write down what comes instinctively to you, remember to use lots of quotes, comparisons, critics views (i will attach some useful sites at the bottom). Then take the first draft to your english teacher and get him/her to work through it with you and critique it. I also found it useful to get my Dad to read through my pieces, but you could ask other relations who are good at English. AS is not easy and you will have to do a good 3 drafts before it starts to look relatively good, but you must stick at it because your hard work will pay off. Good Luck x

look at assessment objectives. relate your answer to all four assessment objectives. context, themes, structure, language, form, style etc
