Do I need to learn all of the Heaney/Clarke/ Pre-1914 poems, or just a few select ones?

You need to know all the named poems which I have typed out for you below, plus a few more so you can have some to compare to the named poems.

Key named AQA poems are:

On My First Sonne

The Affliction of Margaret

Patrolling Barnegat

Sonnet (I love to see the summer)

At a Potato Digging

Death of a Naturalist

Digging

Storm on the Island

Catrin

A Difficult Birth, Easter 1998

The Field-Mouse

Cold Knap Lake

If you don't know any of the above poems, get revising them as they can come up in a question as a named poem. Also, you should know some of the other poems in the Pre 1914 Poetry Bank and Heaney/Clarke so you have some poems you can compare to the poems above.
