Well there will be Chinese people with brothers and sisters as they 1. might not live in china and 2. You can have 2 children in china you just have to pay back all the cost of the free stuff the government gave the first child and the second child gets no free stuff x

Well I'm not chinese but I know that everyone has 1 child or else they get frowened upon. The only people with more siblings would be if you were born before 1979 or if you lived in rural China. This means that you can have another child (but only if you have a baby girl the 1st time)

My friends are chinese twins, living in the UK it's more likely that any person of chinese origion may have a brother or sister as there is nto the restrictions in the UK that apply were they living in China.
If they did have another sibling this could be due to being better off as to being able to afford the fines and loss of benefits
Or their parents may had qualified for being allowed to have another child such as being a farm owner and their first child being a girl,
