I need to start thinking about what I want ot do in University and what career i want to go into but I still have no idea. I like the three sciences especially chem and bio, i also like art.
What kinds of careers can you suggest that involve some or all of these subjects?
If you like chemistry and biology then how about biochemistry? You can work in a lab or do research. You will find it very easy getting a place on a science degree if you study 3 sciences.
The best way to look at careers is to either use a careers programme and put in your interests/subjects or to look up course such as biochemistry on university websites and they will have a link on there to what sort of jobs a greduate might get. Research some of the jobs .
Here for example is Nottingham university biochemistry degree: http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/ugstudy/courses/biomedicalscience/biochemistry.aspxlook on the page for where it says careers
I chose my degree because i like biology and i like animals. i am studying animal science. i have no clue what i want to do after. Don't worry if you can't decide on a career, most people at this stage in life have no idea what they want to do. just follow your interests and see where they take you
I will have a look at that website :)
I wish i knew from when i was really young what i wanted to do it would be so much easier!
You could always do natural sciences? You can pick what topics you learn and mould your degree to suit you. Look at details on uni websites - I know Birmingham, Nottingham, Cambridge do it for example.
Thanks Joanne :)
