Set yourself a goal, say like 30 minutes or 45 minutes. Work for that length of time and give yourself a treat for working - like listen to some music or watch a video for like 15 minutes. Then set another goal, and work towards it. Again reward yourself at the end. I work for about an hour and then i reward myself for the hard work. If you're really struggling to do work then listen to a bit of music like megan says classical or without lyrics.
