Because Geography is a pure and wide-ranging subject; you often see that graduates go into a broad spectrum of careers. It is not a soft subject to would be well respected on a CV. The nature of Human Geography in particular can help to explain trends in prices and development, which (I assume) can be easily associated with real life situations.
This being said, it is not substitute for Maths and Economics; as I much as I would love this to be the case! It would however, be a brilliant, associated A-Level to the two, and would complement them well.
