Ben is constructing a box to build an expensive statue whose base is square. the base must fit snugly into the box to keep it upright. the height of the statue is twice the cube of the length of its base. given that ben's box is a cuboid, write an expression for its volume.

Let the height of the statue be H, the length of its base be L and the volume of the box be V

H = 2(L)^3---- (1)

V = (L)^2(H) ----- (2)

Substitute (1) into (2)

V=(2)(L)^5

I think that's the answer :X
