hi, my name is Eva, i am in top set of science and i'm revvising for triple stuff but i dnt relly understand what you need to know for those topics. thank you:)

Hi Eva, sorry an early post (well it might be late) but I have revision notes for both unit 2 and 3 for AQA triple award: 

If you still don't know what to learn, check the spec at the AQA website.

osmosis is when water moves from a high to low concentration through a phospholipid bilayer

diffusion is when substances move from a high to low concentration along the concentration gradient till an equilibrium is reached

active transport requires energy to move substances from a high to low concentration against the concentration gradient
