Can anyone explain what CBT is and does it involve SIT or is that a seperate therapy?

any therapy that concentrates on trying to alter faulty thinking and in doing so change behaviours towards things is called cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) . there are lots of different forms of this and SIT is one of them. Rational emotive therapy (RET) is another example.
