What revision methods would you recommend?

I find writing something out a few times helps. if your doing a science/maths subject then practicing with equations helps. If I'm trying to learn something that's hard to remember then printing it off and sticking it in plain sight infront of something I use a lot (computer screen) then it help's me remember.

To start with i do 30-45 minute "sessions", then as i get closer I tend to revise for 45-60 minute sessions, taking a break between two sessions, then taking a LONG (1hr ) break after revising for two sessions before starting again. If you have lost concentration, STOP and take a short break.

I watch videos on You Tube that are related to my revision subject. I just type in the exam board, subject and unit and loads of videos come up. Also, if you don't like to read textbooks all the time (like me) then there are some useful audios of each revision subject on BBC Bitesize.

Hope this helps :)
