Pumpkin seeds, they have tons of zinc which are good for enchancing memory & thinking skills apparently. Like other people said, fruit's great, especially blueberries because they have tons of nutrients. Fruit's offers good energy because you don't get a crash from it like sweets and other junk food. You'll probs opt for the junk food option anyway though because it tastes so good lol

When revising i either have Hoola Hopes or Maltesers. I lay them out in rows out in front of me and every time i finish a page of revision i have on or two. I have found it has helped me because i get my revision done and get a reward for doing it! You have to have alot of self-control though :)

Definitely chocolate! It increases serotonin in the brain which triggers the hormone which makes you happy! And revising is definitely not a thing to feel happy doing, so eating chocolate makes you happy and not just cause its soo yummy!! Have fun revising !

I would say bananas as they release small amounts of Potassium through a long period of time. They also help you to concentrate more too :)

well i find cake and chocolate helpful but here is a llist of brain food which you should eat during your exam weeks etc.
wholegrain foods
Oily fish (tune pasta salad is a good one)
Tomatoes
vitamins
blackcurrents
pumpkin seeds
bananas
also try taking fish oil suppplements- they dont taste to bad but work better if you take them over time so start a month or so before your exams and keep taking them after as they help concentration in class aswell

It's not really a snack but I get through about twenty cartons of wrigleys extra chewing gum during exam time. Chewing gum is apparently meant to help with memory and concentration though.

TEA. Its warm yummy and keeps you awake. Try the herbal kind or Earl grey is good too!
Blueberries are good too because the act like a detox!
It might sound weird but fasting during exams it really good for you as it keeps the mind active on the exam rather than food. (I can't do it....LOVE FOOD)

Pot Noodles! Chicken and Mushroom is the best flavour, and I find adding a knob of butter beforehand brings out the taste :)

bananas!!!!!!!!!! they contain zinc!
I would also reccomend u to eat chocolate. During revision try to make a mix of fruit like: bananas; strawberries; plum; pineapple; apple. And while eating the fruit eat the chocolate. Works for me :) not for everyone though, some people have bad stomach ;)
