I do AQA AS Geography, rather than Edexcel, but I do find that, in general, geography revision lends itself really well to mind maps. These often help me to see links between different aspects of a topic, especially for human geography.
I also think that as you cram in the last months, past papers are perfect for getting to know your own strengths and weaknesses. Personally, I find it easiest to learn by correcting my own mistakes, so generally do the first few alongside my notes or even the mark scheme.
