AQA AS Biology food tests

What are all the food tests required for the AS AQA Biology paper?

There's reducing and non-reducing sugars. Proteins. Lipids. But I can't think of anymore - of course, the ones I don't remember will come up in the exam so I'd best be prepared :) Thanks

Benedicts: Test for Reducing Sugars using Benedict's Solution heated in a water bath (turns red)

Iodine: Test for Starch (turns blue/black)

Emulsion: Test for Lipids using ethanol (White/cloudy)

To prove the presence of starch, add iodine to a solution. The solution should change from yellow to a blue-black colour if starch is present, if not - no colour change takes place (solution remains yellow). :)
