Just wondering how many people here are doing AQA GCSE Music... everyone seems to be doing other boards and I'm interested to know how other people have been finding the course.

Looking forward to A level music :) Anyone else??

Me too :) well, I 'did' AQA music. So glad it's over. Our teacher went on maternity leave and we got a replacement that wasn't too great so we tried to cram 2 years work into one since September when our teacher came back. It was awful and so stressful. I'm not taking music at A level most of our class will be happy to pass. I'm going to carry on with my clarinet lesson though :)
Oh btw how did you find the listening exam?

Apparently loads of teachers have been complaining about how hard it was on like forums and stuff LOL **

Found the listening exam okay, I just hope that I get 80% so i can get an A overall!! :)

We didnt learn much of the theory in lessons, just listened to stuff = stressful revision!!!!

Yeah :/ Sounds painful.

I revised loadsa stuff that wasn't in it in the end. But I had listened to 4 of the pieces the night before :') Talk about lucky!! :D

I haven't worked out what I need but as it stands.... I should have (predicted by teacher)... U2: A/A*, U3: A/A* U4:A ...... Really hope I get at least an A :/

Ah wells ... Sure it will be fine :) **
