Any idea for grade boundaries for this new 2016 GCSE edexcel june

Grade boundries, ive been told, are based on proportional representation. The boundries are made after the exams have been marked so that there is an equal distribution of grades (i.e. if lots of people get high marks, the grade boundries will be high).
