Mainly all I think the best ways to revise are just to read information you need to. Test yourself, do past papers etc. Mind maps are also useful.
If not, my best suggestion is to guess the entire exam, that's what most people will end up doing.
You could also look at peoples revision sections, I noticed lately people have been adding a never ending extent of them for RE (Otherwise known as citizenship and self and society), including myself :L
Really, the main thing you need to know is the quotes (from the Bible, etc) as that's really where all the marks lie. It's boring as anything, but if you use them right you'll get top marks. Also, (i'm not sure if it's the same for you, i'm doing philosophy and ethics) have a look at some of the past questions on the exam websites (aqa, ocr etc) so that you know what to expect.
