Help, I have to do it without a calculator! :O Thanks!

Well, if you ignore that it's a fraction, then it becomes so much easier... all you do is square root 16 which is 4, then put it back into the fraction and you have 1/4 :) Check it on your calculator if you like, it works. Hope I helped x

You square root 16 to get 4. (you first do the bottom, as it makes it easier)
And the fact that there is a minus sign on the indice it cancels out with the fraction you have. So it wouldn't be 1/4..it would be 4.

well it is quite simple!! anything to the power of a half means u sqaure root

but wot u have is a fraction so wot u do is you square root 1 then u sqaure root 16

Must learn: square root 1 is just 1 !!!!!!!!

therefore  if u square root 16 u get 4

so ur final answer is:

1

I fink yue hav tu square root it.

(1/16) < sQUARE root it then times by one . < yue dnt hav tu times by 1 buhh that the way yue do it.

Ermm widowt calculator.. hmm.. so

square root the 1/16 (means square root 16 then times by 1)= 4   then times by the other one!
