    • Post-Mort examination
      • involves dissecting the brain of a person who has died. Thus, allowing the researcher to look at the internal structure within the brain. Therefore, allowing them t identify structure within the brain that may be involved in specific functions
    • Functional Magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)
      • Indirectly measures blood flow through the concentration of 02 in the blood stream
    • Electroencephalogram (EEG)
      • electrodes placed over surface o the skull, pick up millions of neurons by measuring amplitude and frequency.
    • Even-related potentials (ERPs)
      • Uses similar array of recording electrodes like EEG. However, stimulus us presented to participate to look at  specific electrical response
