      • Heart rate increases, out of breath

    • Includes:
      • Mobilise joints (curl spine, roll shoulders, roll neck, turns, tilts +isolation..etc.)
      • Gentle stretches, static, 10-15seconds
      • Pulse raiser (jump,jog,walk)

      • Improve Performance
      • Prepare body physically, mentally
